Beautiful house with plenty of room very close to downtown St. Augustine. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a great long weekend. The back deck on a small lake with a nice walking path was our favorite spot to hang out on.

Great location, only ten minutes walking from Downtown. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The bathrooms are on the narrow side.The living room couch and dining room chairs have reached the end of their usable life. The deck is wonderful and has a great lake view. Unfortunately, the backyard wasn’t fully fenced in.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It is an older o house but it has been remodeled and taken care of. It was nice having the deck looking out over the lake. We walked to the castillo and historic St Augustine.

The house is great, plenty of room and plenty of outdoor seating areas for groups to sit and chat or play. Relaxing outdoor area with lake view. Location is great with close walking to historic downtown or take a quick Uber. Kitchen is A fully stocked with whatever you need to make your stay comfortable. Beds are comfortable and cozy. Only negatives: only found one hair dryer; ran out of toilet paper; need to add more mirrors and at least one full length mirror. Otherwise it is a perfect getaway.

This cottage is such a gem!!! It is very well equipped with everything you may need and more. The location is perfect. It is close to everything. You can park your car and walk everywhere. We will definitely return to this cottage in the future!

House was perfect for us. Newly renovated bathrooms and deck were very nice. Was one of the best stocked kitchens we’ve ever seen. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to St Augustine.

Great vacation rental!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this rental! The location is perfect. 10-15 minute walk to downtown. Plenty of parking. The house is very nice and we loved hanging on the deck looking at the water. I would definitely recommend this rental and stay here again!

The stay was absolutely fantastic. The place is clean and pleasant. There was not enough toilet paper and could use a cookie sheet or two. Other than that it was a great stay and we would stay again.

Great weekend getaway

Our stay in St Augustine was outstanding!! The VRBO listing sent it over the top. The place was very stocked with all essentials and was very comfortable and close to town. Parking in Old Town is difficult and this place was great, walking distance to the shopping and dining areas. The deck facing the lake was wonderful! We would definitely stay here again

Excellent location, easy to walk to downtown St. Augustine. House was super clean and had everything you could think of, fully stocked kitchen, extra supplies in bathrooms, etc. Beds were very comfortable. The outside deck was perfect of morning coffee and evening game playing and cocktails :) Only issue we had was the host did not give instructions on 2 lock boxes, one in front and one by back door with 2 different codes, therefore we had to phone him to find out why the code he gave me would not work. Plus, we never found a remote that would work the living room TV and only 1 remote that worked the bedroom TVs, so we had to share. We never received check out instructions, so we were not sure if we had to strip the beds and put all dirty towels in washer, but we left the house with it as clean as when we arrived. HIGHLY recommend this house and would rent it again!
