Our unit is an oversized end unit (the largest at Cinnamon Beach) and bright (with plenty of light from the EAST, ocean side windows, unlike the interior units) and has three bathrooms! We love our condo and would like to share it with people who will enjoy it (and treat it with respect) as much as we do! Recent upgrades include large 65" flat screen TV, arcade-style Pac-Man (and Galaga and Galaxian) game in third bedroom and new patio table. A Keureg (K40) was added to the fully stocked kitchen. Luxury vinyl flooring was recently installed in all of the bedrooms and a new sectional arrived in 2024. Of course we have free high-speed internet. Pets are welcome on an approval basis (for additional fee). It is literally a 2-3 minute walk from the front door to the beach! The beach is accessed via a boardwalk (over the sea oats). We offer bedrooms featuring a King Bed (Master), Queen Bed (Second) and four twin beds, including two in "bunk-formation" (Third). In a pinch extra visitors can sleep on the couch (but it is not recommended and extra charges apply). A just-added arcade-style Pac-Man game provides added fun for kids (and adults alike)! If #325 is booked, please consider #234 (luxuriously appointed with similar views in adjacent building;non-corner unit) for approximately $200/week less (peak season pricing) (vrbo.com/775497) or 441 (best ocean view condo at Cinnamon Beach) (vrbo.com/3590214) Parking is available under the building (one car per reservation) as well as in front of the building (unlimited). Unfortunately, RV's and trailers (including for boats and jet skis) are not allowed per association rules (Hammock Hardware allows for toy/vehicle storage). The association does not allow any towels to be hung from the balconies or any items (like beach toys) to be left outside the condo (in the breezway). \*\*PLEASE NOTE- FOR ALL CINNAMON BEACH GUESTS\*\* To check in, the association requires guests to arrive with a "FastAccessPass", noting your drivers license, license plate and state of issuance. We will need these bits of information, as well as your direct email address , and will send register you . This is a requirement and the association will issue a fine of $50 for those without this paperwork. Unfortunately, this is for all guests at Cinnamon Beach. The Cinnamon Beach complex is located within Ocean Hammock, Northeast Florida's most prestigious oceanfront community, located conveniently midway between Daytona Beach and Saint Augustine, and only 75 minutes from Orlando area attractions. Groceries, shopping, and restaurants are minutes away. On the premises you will find the beach steps away, two heated pools (one is ocean side for adults, the other offers a waterslide, recreation room, work-out equipment, clubhouse, play area, snack bar, and children's game room) and other amenities. The location was fairly close to the beachside pools, about a 5 minute walk. It was hot, so any refreshment we felt from the pool, was long gone before getting back to the condo. Would recommend driving, but parking may be a problem. Renting a cabana was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again. ![Sunset at the condo. This condo provided everything we needed, and in a secure gated location close to shopping, restaurants and nature preserves. The kitchen was well equipped and the room for the boys had two twins and a set of bunks. The living room has a huge sectional couch that would fit all of us to watch a movie at night. It was a very short walk to the beach (across the parking lot), and the rest of the community was very well kept with two pools and a hot tub. We'd definitely go back. ##### Emily G. We stayed the first week of May and had a wonderful time. Five women on a girls getaway. Everything was clean and ready to go. Really close to both Daytona and St Augustine. We could sit on the patio and here the waves from the ocean. Would stay again, Tony really easy to work with. Like that it was in gated community and there was no noise from parties going on late at night.
