« The gentleman was very pleasant who checked us in. Unfortunately, our room was filthy. I am traveling for business and had to book again for the following week, and am disappointed because I can't change my reservation because I booked online through Expedia. I can cancel but won't be able to get a refund. Very disappointing. »

« No major complaints, though the staff did the bare minimum at check-in and check-out. I had to wait several minutes before I was able to check-in even though I was the only person in line, the staff were in the back and there was no bell to grab their attention. I had to say hello a couple of times before anyone appeared. Breakfast was minimal. The room was fine and the location was acceptable. Nothing exciting about the hotel, but also nothing overly disappointing. »

« Overall we liked the property, courteous staff and clean rooms. What we didn't like is that the bed had a crunchy plastic type mattress protector on it which both my husband and I sweat from during the night so we didn't get the best night's sleep. That's our only complaint. We haven't experienced this before at other Fairfield's or at other hotels so thought it was odd. It was like the cover you put on a child's bed in case their diaper leaks thru. That was our only complaint. Other then that,...
