« Original description made it sound like the pool was in close proximity to the unit along with being able to watch the sunrise. Not so. While the walk and crossing the street to get to the pool was not a huge distance, it was further than we wanted to walk. The Gulf was beautiful, the sand was HOT and rough walking on it barefoot. All in all we had a wonderful time. Weather cooperated and we returned home to a 25° temperature difference. We are already talking about next year. »

« I booked this condo for a girls trip. They place was easy to get to and sits on the water in a channel. While we didn't see much wildlife in the channel it was still nice sitting out on the screened patio by the water. Our neighbors had an issue with their AC and thought we might have too - when looking the AC thermostat was on a temporary hold. Once we figured that out we fine. « Great canal house takes 20 minutes to get to the river! Burrowing owls in the neighborhood are so cool! Loved the pool! Comfy beds and lots of space to spread out. Place comes with floaters for the pooll and beach chairs and an umbrella for the beach and beach towels. Would come back again for sure! »

« We were there for a Girls Trip and the property was very nice and roomy. There were a couple of minor issues; such as, the pool was not heated although we were told the water temperature was 85 degrees. The water didn't appear to be very warm so we didn't get to enjoy the pool. The smoke detector kept chirping even after the battery was changed out; and one of the ceiling fans on the lanai seemed a little loose so we just didn't run the fan. « Great location Had all amenities needed( host even provided a turkey pan). Would definitely go back. Beds a little noisy box springs. Kitchen trash can a little small to accommodate large group. Also would of been nice to have broom available »

« New to VRBO. Loved this house, decor, pool, and hosts. Comfortable King bed, great pressure and hot water in the showers, pool and lanai made the difference. The first day was chilly but the heated pool allowed us to not miss a pool day. Highly recommend this house and hosts. »
