"Staff was welcoming and accommodating upon check-in arrival. Breakfast was good both of the days we were there. Staff kept the property clean. Room was clean just a little outdated. The fridge didn't keep things as cold and both couches had noticeable stains. Hotel is close distance to a lot of places and huge perk to have parking included. We went to the H-E-B across the street and they even had security. Would stay here again as we felt safe. Good hotel for families and pets."

"The bad: Hot tub was not functional and pool was the size of a postage stamp. Parking was valet only for $40/ day. Dresser in the room was broken. All 3 drawers were broken and not functional. Room was dated looking and beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Breakfast was not good in any regards.The good: all staff we interacted with were polite, helpful, and pleasant. A/c in the room worked great! Room was spacious and we loved the full kitchen! Shower was hot and had great pressure! "

"I really appreciate the warm, welcoming environment of Sonesta suites. I like the decor. It feels homey. I loved our room with the extra bedroom for our daughter. Felt like an apartment more than a hotel room. The beds and pillows were super comfy. Nice courtyard and pool area. Special bonus, a mama cat and kittens visited us when we were having breakfast on the patio. Breakfast was adequate, I noticed a lack of fresh fruit and no half-and-half for the coffee. "Historic place with great balcony’s! The balcony does not overlook the river, couple blocks to food. Parking was $15/day because they had Christmas lights lowly hanging over the entry of on site parking. "
