The front desk staff was very friendly. We were not able to park in the front more secure lot the first night. We had to park behind the hotel in an overflow lot. The room was clean. Beds are very hard. Woke up in the middle of the night with a back ache. The tv in our room was stuck on theain menu. You couldn't change the channels. It wasn't to bad, since we just used it for background noise.

Our room was great. Busy weekend with concert and cheer competition. We arrived to room 1014 at 9pm Fri night and left Sun at 8am. The can lights in the room were falling out of the ceiling but the one thing we learned was that our suitcases and contents were soaked when we packed our bags to leave. It seems as though the air conditioner was leaking for some time. We notified the young male with headdress as we checked out and he stated he would let housekeeping know.

The first room we had #538: the king bed was hard on one side and soft on the other!!! We changed rooms to #340 and the other king bed was good; like night and day almost. The other room needed some small repairs, but the new one everything was good.

First time staying here in San Antonio book in the last minute and I was glad I did it was a wonderful stay rooms where clean and for so much going on that weekend it was quiet I will definitely be staying here on my next trip back
