« We stayed for 3 nights arriving very late on the first night. Smooth check with a keyless/coded entry. Large kitchen but lacking kitchen accessories. The outlets along kitchen counter were not operational. We did reach out to the host and the reset mentioned did not work. Would have liked an option for more throw blankets as well. The beds were extremely comfortable. All and all for our stay and what was planned, the home is in a central location within the city. »

« The location of the property is in the heart of the Southside and walkable to many places (Station Square, over the bridge to downtown, and lots of close places right on Carson St). Street parking is available, but there is not much of it. Our first night we had to pay to park in a public lot just around the corner. « Nice apartment, and really (surprisingly) just a short drive to lots of what Pittsburgh has to offer (Oakland and Pitt, the Southside, Downtown, Strip, and lots of other neighborhoods). The check in and check out were super easy as well. I would recommend getting the parking upgrade if driving, just easier not to sweat residents only zones versus other areas (and arranging it through the host was a breeze), Great stay. »

« I know some peopel are going to call me a snob but here is my review of Grammy's House. First, there are things that I can't hold against the property, but future renter's should be aware. The location is pretty sketchy and we didn't feel completely safe in the area because at least two different streets on just a block or two from the location were completly roped off with police tape. Second, the walls were so thin that we could hear the our neighbors TV. Now, what I do hold the property...

« The neighborhood is soooo loud. I had to call the cops two nights in a row. I understand they can not control the neighborhood but if you need a quiet night this is not your place. I had to reach out to the property to get enough towels for the weekend and also request a remote for the tv. They brought both the next day but the remote did not work. They said they would bring batteries but that never happened. The fridge did not work and ruined the groceries I ordered. The silverware was dirty...

« this is a perfect spot from which to view beautiful Pittsburgh! My family and I were coming in to pick up a kid from camp and catch a Pirates game- its wicked close to the very cool Incline, and then you can catch to T to almost anywhere in the city. The house is very 'Burgh: cozy, lofty, and leafy! The hosts are amazing and it was all very easy and straightforward. A great spot we will return to! »

« We had an amazing visit. Chad was incredibly helpful and attentive as a host. The views were beautiful and the accessibility to the Incline to walk to various spots in the city made it even better for our needs as we wanted to get lots of fresh air and see the city. Parking spots behind the property were great! We parked the car for most of our long weekend, moving it only to drive to the strip for breakfast one day.
