"Martin at the front desk offered exceptional customer service on my arrival. I was given an upgrade. The team were warm and friendly. I mostly stay at Staybridge Suites Vauxhall on visits to London. They are continuously improving their very high standards of service delivery. "

"Really lovely pub with great hotel rooms and parking (at an additional £10). Staff were friendly and helpful, there was a lovely outdoor space and the food (we stayed on for Sunday lunch) was lovely. The rooms were clean, comfortable and stylish, the pub décor was also stylish and comfortable. Don't really know how well connected it was to public transport as we drove there and then walked everywhere we wanted to go. All round great experience and would stay again if I needed to be in that part...
