We loved the Delights cafe in tower 2 (surprisingly good food!) and having access to MGM Grand's pool complex. When I return to Vegas, I will absolutely stay here again. « We are nicely settled in and are thankful for the extra complimentary bottles of water. We would enjoy our stay even more if the manager could replace the hard tissue papers and toilet papers with softer ones. As I sneeze a lot towards the end of the trip and my nose hurts after using the tissue papers. »

« The property was just like the pictures. We were very happy and satisfied with the property, location and amenities. Only one complaint was the lack of kitchen supplies. Only one fork, very few cooking utensils and the pans were not conducive for cooking (burned and stained terribly). Also a lack of basic condiments ( salt, pepper, oil). Also a lack of cleaning supplies (windex, cleaning sprays, extra trash bags) especially since no housekeeping. Still overall really enjoyed the property and...

« 2 bedroom unit was very clean and had everything we needed. It was quiet minus the yard crew one morning. Commuication from Luxort was via VRBO only. Loved the shuttle to Horseshoe, but we didn't use it. It is a timeshare so expect to be asked to do a tour in exchange for tickets which we didn’t do. We enjoyed our stay. It was just as advertised. If you want calm and away from hustle and bustle, but yet close enough to enjoy the strip, this is your place. Thank you Grand Desert! »

« I believe the clean up team need to be more professional. I dropped something that rolled under the bed, the surprise to see that this area had not been cleaned for a long long time. Found a popsicle stick against the couch in the living room. No dish cloth, only large soup spoons… Signature Suites need to re-vamp the condos, furniture… Getting old. This is my 10th year there. That may be my last. Owner Rafael, great communication, great man. I suggest that he visits, pulls the couch, looks...

« 1 big issue here, I had to come down every time I would go out of my room because my card had been deactivated. Staff said it is because the card was too close to my phone or/and credit cards. I stay in hotels every week and never saw this happened. The room is great but that completely destroys the experience. »
