"Great place! The only issue we had was the bed is too close to the AC unit and the cold air blowing straight on top of us. The room was very clean when we arrived but later when we came back from the beach we encountered a bunch of ants. We didn’t have any food in the room. We went on the weekend that was extremely hot though. Overall, we really liked the place, decor, great location and easy access to the beach."

"We had a great week at Steve’s place. He’s a wonderful host. Always available, great communication, and helped us with all of our questions in a timely manner. His place is as described. Beds are comfortable, view is incredible, and the house is tranquil and quiet. I would highly recommend!"

"Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, steps from the beach and you can hear the waves at night from every room.Very well kitted out kitchen. Internet was pretty high speed although cell reception a bit patchy throughout the community. Easy parking in underground parking lot, key collection and return was simple and convenient. We arrived during an abnormally humid heatwave for coastal California and the only thing I would say is that being behind another block of condos, there was not much air flow into the apartment to cool it. The ceiling fans were not particularly powerful but we did manage to improve the sleeping situation by buying inexpensive oscillating fans that sat on the bedside tables. Most of the year excessive heat will not be a problem. Overall the apartment is fabulous, modernly decorated in a beach style theme, would definitely visit again."
