"I was very impressed with the timely response of staff who assisted with arranging a wonderful half day tour of Old Shanghai and the French Concession. The hotel room was spacious and very clean. Check in was also very smooth and David was very helpful in assisting with joining Fans of M.O. and readily assisted with explaining the many facilities at the hotel. I definitely enjoyed the high quality swimming pool and the spa treatment was another exceptional experience."

Right next to the busy shopping street with lots of restaurant selection but no noise, friendly service, spacious and comfortable room.
