"Good location and nice size rooms. Prices given on Hotels.com seem to vary at hotel and hard to work out. Breakfast is ok. Coffee not good but food good . Shortage of fruit and when they have some is taken quickly by over zealous guests. Would stay again"

"Excellent séjour en famille dans cet hôtel! Nous avions réservé une chambre thématisée pour nos enfants (3 et 5 ans) avec un toboggan et une piscine à boules! Un grand succès du séjour, ils se sont régalés! Le personnel est très serviable, l’hôtel parfait et le petit déjeuner très bon, varié et même d’un jour à l’autre pour certains plats!"

"Super hôtel avec un service digne des plus grands établissements. Le personnel est vraiment accueillant et aux petits soins. Tout est parfaitement entretenu et d'une grande propreté. L'emplacement est idéal, et les chambres avec vue sur le fleuve offrent un panorama tout simplement imprenable. Je recommande sans hésiter !"

"Excellent emplacement, en plein milieu de la rue Nanjing Road et à quelques pas du métro reliant les principaux points d’intérêt. L’accueil a été chaleureux dès notre arrivée et l’ensemble du personnel au top. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet est tellement bien et varié qu’il y a parfois la queue mais l’attente n’est pas longue. Un établissement que je recommande vivement."
