« We booked this property for a 3 night joint bachelor/bachelorette party. Plenty of space inside and the outdoor area was a great vibe and we had an awesome time grilling outside and in the pool. Great location means cheaper Ubers to downtown, Brickell, etc. highly recommend this place and we will look to stay again if ever needed in the future! »

« The movie room was COVERED in body fluids and reeking of weed. We planned to have guests stay in there but it was completely unusable. They never sent cleaners for this and tried to charge me for an air mattress. Additionally we didn’t have hot water in 2 of the 6 bathrooms for almost a full 24 hours. There were burn marks from cigarettes on the couches and sheets. A shower rod fell off and hit a friend in the head. Additionally, the hot tub heater was broken and they charge to heat the pool....
