### Luxe Villa: Amazing Pool, Prime Brickell Location

Villa Armaza is a spacious, newly-renovated home in Brickell. The outdoor space has a signature pool, brand new wooden deck, and patio space with an outdoor kitchen and bbq. Enjoy the sun during the day and chill under the stars at night. Interior has high end finishes highlighted by the new master suite with large rainfall shower and soaking tub.  
  
Centrally located: as close as you can get to Brickell in a house; South Beach, Wynwood, Midtown, and Design District are all 15 minutes or less.

I found plenty of parking for a reasonable price. Best time if you want lots of action would be Friday or Saturday night. For a more desolate nights I would recommend Monday thru Thursday night. Here you will find an incredible amount of photography opportunities to shoot for. While like any big city you will find a few homeless folks, the place was very clean and very well kept.
