"Not clean, staff least want to listen"

"We didn't stay because it is what is shown in.the pictures. It is a run down place. Hope we will.get our refund. Thank you. This property information and pictures are misleading. It is totally run down place. Very shady looking full of garbage arround and people around are either drunk or high on something. "

"Front desk staff could have been more engaging when checking in. Breakfast was typical minus beef burgers vs a sausage, Ham or bacon. Was not typical. Pastry choices were very limited. It was nice and clean though. "

"Stains on bed sheets, food crumbs, ants and toe nails under my bed sheet indicating the just made the bed look nice and didnt clean it. There was a racoon in the ceiling, the washroom window and shower curtain are see through. There is a 150$ fee upon arrival. The place smells like old smoke. There are random rules that you have to sign off on including that you are okay with the room. Dont waste your money here. The ammenities dont work. The microwave oven and fridge dont work. The only plus was they had cameras everywhere."

"My stay was excellent! The hosts were very responsive and ensured that we had everything we needed. The unit is comfortable, close to everything including a streetcar/bus stop right out front, and has great off street parking which is a huge plus. There is some noise coming from the street at night but nothing unexpected and they left ear plugs just in case! The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, and I would absolutely stay again. "

"The fire place was nice even though it was electric. The bed was comfortable.The floor in the hallway felt like I was going to fall through.There are dressers in the bedrooms, but are unusable. All the storage spaces are filled with linens and whatnot.The staircase is very narrow.It snowed while I was there, like 15cm or so, there was no snow removal. The parking lot is also shared be quite a few properties."

"The place was perfect for our stay! Love the space and it was comfortable and clean! The host has thought about everything in this place.i will be staying here next time i come up. Host was great at communicating. Check in was smooth and check out was easy.its in a good section as well.lots of great food near by and cute coffe shops as well. Also quick uber to down town as well. "
