« Where do I start? Let me start with communication with the owners and the amazing staff that they have. Everyone was very helpful answering questions before and during the trip. Absolute top notch team. The house is perfect but to focus on one thing I will go with the heated swimming pool. Private. Relaxing and what a view. I would also recommend that everyone rent the golf cart. Makes everything simple coming and going as you please. Thank you for the wonderful vacation. We will return. »

« The location was phenomenal. Right on the beach, walking distance to anything needed, restaurants, convenient stores, beach. Loved the indoor outdoor living. Only thing is because it doesn’t close off and quiet time is 11pm we all would head to bed at that time. So if you like to stay up later and hang out it might not be the optimal choice. »

« The house is architecturally beautiful, but we were disappointed to experience plumbing problems, and more disappointed with the way the plumbing problems were handled by the manager. My family was stuck at the house while the plumber worked in the master bedroom/bath. It was clear this was not a new leak. « We loved the location. The pictures are different than what we found at the place. We would have liked a cleaner sponge and drying rack. There are numerous cracked tiles and cracks on the walls. « Breathtaking views from the house. Host and the property care taker was responsive. We never got to use the pool because there was so much activity in Sayulita and the beaches around. Even though the location is close to the beach, be prepared for the hills as regular cars won't be able to go up. We had to rent special golf cart that could handle the hills. « The house is gorgeous and huge!! We were 2 families with 4 teens, and the accommodations were perfect. North Side location is great - just far enough out of the craziness, but quick walk if you are looking for action. It’s also really convenient to the walking trail to San Pancho, which was a great way to spend a day! Can’t recommend this place enough! »

« Tony was great from our initial contact to answering questions. walking distance to town and the beaches ( Florence is on the rd. to Playa Los Muertos). Good footwear is required because rds are cobblestone and the town is hilly. No need to rent a golfcart if you don't mind walking. »
