It sets on 1.5 acres with a quite private back patio with outdoor seating to enjoy your evenings. The circular drive makes prefect access to bring your water toys to enjoy Pickwick Lake. It is minutes from the Pickwick State Park , boat ramps, local stores and restaurants. This property is non-smoking and pet friendly. We know how important it is to bring your four legged family members with you. However a $65.00 pet fee is required at the time of booking. Great folks to deal with! I have stayed in 2 of there houses so far. Both have been super clean. Haven’t had anyone mess with any of our stuff in the boats, so the neighbor must be pretty good. The houses are less than 10 minutes from Pickwick Dam. We come in for a charity catfishing event and our boats are all 20+ foot long and at one point we had 4 boats and trucks there. Unfortunately, one of us ended up being unable to spend a day on the boat so we spent the day in Counce. This vacay home reminds me of the houses in the neighborhood where I grew up - very welcoming homey and comfortable, updated with everything you'd need.
