« Place was convenient. Overall it was a little on the dirty side. I pulled two plates out of the cabinet and both had left over food on them, no one has dusted on top of the fridge or dryer. The wallpaper is also peeling off the wall and you can see where the AC has leaked in the living room and straight down the wall onto the photo. Oh there is also mold in one of the closest, only seen it because I used the broom.. Place needs some TLC for sure. »

« We really enjoyed our stay! Great location.. very close to Kroger, Forsyth and Collins Quarter (our go to breakfast spot) while still very walkable to River Street! We also appreciated the outdoor patio space. »

« Bottom of apartment door rubs, which makes it a bit difficult to enter. (Best bet was to kick the bottom of the door.) I would have liked some sort of communication with the property owners, even just an email to say “Let us know you’ve arrived and have settled in.” It was very much an absentee landlord experience. »
