Sleeping Configuration: Bedroom: Queen Bed What is parking like for this home? Guests will have access to one off-street parking space on our grounds. We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $130 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. The location of this place is perfect-with only 15 minutes to downtown Savannah, 15 minutes to Tybee, and the town within 5 minutes of the home everything was right where you needed it while feeling you were in a very secluded lake home! Tubbys tank house was a very short walk from the house, we enjoyed being able to quickly walk over and grab a bite to eat. Overall I would gladly stay here again! Even an empty lot across from the house for a quick bathroom break. Neighborhood felt safe enough to walk at any time of day. Even two restaurants within walking distance with patios. Only thing I wished for was another rug in the bedroom so the dog wouldn’t slip and slide so much. Enjoyed how private it felt too.
