« The pictures do not give this property justice. It’s absolutely gorgeous inside and out. Mark has thought of everything one could think of to make his guests happy and comfortable. « The property is stocked to the brim with supplies. The beach chairs were both broken and I actually cut my leg on one, discovering this on the beach. We traveled in March and the pool was not heated. Overall, the property is as advertised but some of the reasons I booked like beach comforts and the pool were not accurate. »

« The unit was neat and clean and had a great view of the beach and water. The tower was dated and needed some work. The owners were very poor communicating any questions and were overdue or late in letting us access the condo at the contracted time even after we requested an early check-in. We had to contact VRBO to ask an initial question before booking and had to contact VRBO again to get checked in as there was zero communication from the owner at check-in time. »

According to the police and the other neighbors it happens often. We ended up not staying here. No type of refund but it was what it was.
