Partial view of the Gulf. Beautiful updates with fun colors and décor. This comfortable 1/1 condo on the 2nd floor has a coastal flair with a bright airy feel. Featuring one private bedroom with a queen size bed. There is a cute, built-in twin bunk bed off the hallway and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. PARKING, (gated lot) Upon arrival, check in with the office, (drive through area, in front). They are open 7:00am-11:00pm (Monday to Saturday) 7:00am - 10:00pm (Sunday), please arrive prior to closing time to get your gate code. PLEASE NOTE: Wi-Fi info will be provided to you at check-in, along with swim bands. A facility/parking fee of $35 (covering up to 2 vehicles) will apply for your entire stay of up to 7 days. For stays longer than 7 days, the fee will double. OVERSIZED VEHICLES, (taking up more than a space) or, vehicles pulling trailers, will be at an additional charge. The condo had a very damp feel and had a bad smell. The freezers could not gold food because it was frozen solid. The wax riing seemed to be oozing around the toilet. The woodwork had so much dust that it was caked on the floor and walls. We were told there was no power, and we accepted that. We still thorougly enjoyed the beach and our vacation. The front desk staff (separate from the property owners) were not very helpful. I do wish there were less emails that were part of the stay...I had SEVEN email confirmations, additional information, check in instructions, etc. Like WOW, can y'all find a way to consolidate or simplify? Thankful for the property owners who helped us elongate our stay. We were not vacationing, but dealing with family health issues and they were kind and accommodating. ##### Michal F. And conveniently located right across the street from Walmart very handy. Just go to Walmart early in the morning if you need anything just some friendly advise. And the property manager was very helpful. Would definitely rent this room again. ##### Chris S.
