Beach and Pool Views from this Coastal Condo! Private Balcony, Great Location! Get the best of both ends of the island at this amazing 1/1 beachfront condo located at The Victorian! Check out the amenities, and that view! Come and enjoy Clair's Getaway, with fun colors and décor. This comfortable 1/1 condo has a coastal flair with a soft, airy feel. Featuring one private bedroom with a queen size bed. There is a cute, built-in twin bunk bed off the hallway and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and will sleep 6 total. . Enjoy the lovely views of the Gulf of Mexico from the living area and from the private balcony! Not only will you have the beach directly across from you, this bright and breezy unit provides many great amenities. PARKING, (gated lot) Upon arrival, check in with the office, (drive through area, in front). They are open 7:00am-11:00pm (Monday to Saturday) 7:00am - 10:00pm (Sunday), please arrive prior to closing time to get your gate code. PLEASE NOTE: Wi-Fi info will be provided to you at check-in, along with swim bands. A facility/parking fee of $35 (covering up to 2 vehicles) will apply for your entire stay of up to 7 days. For stays longer than 7 days, the fee will double. OVERSIZED VEHICLES, (taking up more than a space) or, vehicles pulling trailers, will be at an additional charge. This one has been, by far, the best bang for our buck. Incredibly clean, extra towels, linens, and blankets, well-appointed room with comfortable furniture (including a sofa bed without that horrible bar across the middle!). We had an amazing view from the condo and they enjoyed the pool. Was plenty of room for the 5 of us. They informed is of a water issue plenty of time ahead for us to accommodate while it was happening. Check in process was easy and parking very abundant. The listing looked just like the photos— perfect for our party of 3\. Pool was very close and we used it daily. We were within walking distance to a lot of places nearby which made it really easy to get around. Condo was clean and very comfortable— highly recommend. We will be back for sure. ##### Jessica J. Wow, this location is everything! 6 minute drive to Schlitterbahn. A short walk to the gate, cross the crosswalk, and youre at the beach! Get a medium size walk to restaurants and souvenir shops. Short walk to the beach. Beach and pool are not crowded. Condo is cute, clean, and kept up. Plenty of parking and elevators. Make sure you read bc this place has a stove and NOT an oven. Kitchen is well equipt besides no oven. Nice view of pool and the beach off to the distance. Easy to check in and checkout. ##### Amanda G. The only problem we had is the communication between us and the property management. After trying to reach them by phone and text a lady finally called us back. A asked her for beach towels and she said that she will send someone with the towels in a few hours. Checking in was a piece of cake! Parking was a piece of cake! And the location is perfect. You were close to absolutely everything. And being able to see the ocean and walk to it made it even better! We are a family of five. Are two youngest (6&7)slept in the bunk beds and they absolutely loved it. Our oldest (14) slept on the fold out couch which folds out extremely easily! The pools were very nice. The kitchen is extremely stocked with every utensil, cooking pan, cutting boards all of the things you could possibly need if you needed to cook! The bedroom bed was also very comfortable! I think my husband misses the bed more than anything! We can't wait to come back!!! ##### Natalie B. It is small and one bathroom. When you have girls going to the beach daily showers were a must. So It was a waiting game. The toilet in the condo did not work good, was the handle to flush. The one thing I would of wish that this condo did not have made it difficult was no salt or pepper no cooking oil. Going for a week and only one trash bag Just made things hard. It had plates and dishes but no seasonings of any kind or cooking oil. No extra trash bags or toilet paper. The location great the pool nice and the condo itself clean and neat.
