« Really nice place and location. Rental is well done and kept very nice. Only negative to be aware of is that parking is shared with other units so parking in front of the rental is not always available. But we never had too much trouble finding parking on the street nearby. »

« Enjoyed staying at this condo. Very comfortable and nicely upgraded. Management was proactive when I had a problem with the door lock malfunctioning - they came to address the problem quickly. My only complaint was that upon arrival I had to do some cleaning - it was dusty and the bathrooms were not cleaned well. Some of the bedding was not laundered. I let management know and they were apologetic. It wasn’t a big enough issue to not recommend this unit. I would return. »

« Our stay was great. The only reason I couldn’t give a five star review is the bed were as hard as rocks. If you guys upgrade the best to be more comfortable, you will have one of the best locations in the area. »

« The property was perfect for our needs. Check in was simple, everything was clean, organized and easy to find in the house. The listing did not indicate that this is part of a four unit complex (on the ground level) but the neighbors were quiet and didn't disturb us. We never did find easy walking access to the beach, however there are several beaches within a short driving distance so we were still able to enjoy some ocean time.
