Relax on a balcony with drink in hand and watch the sun sink into the Pacific. In the morning, get ready to hit the beach which enjoying views of the surf from the comfort of your apartment. Pacific Villas: Unit 6 is located in the 3-story east building on the second floor. The unit is ocean facing with a partial southwest ocean view and is nestled in a 6-unit vacation rental complex on the Oceanside Strand. Check In: Guests will be provided with a door code specific to their dates of stay and may self check in anytime after 4PM. Check Out: Guests must depart by 11AM. Property Details: \- Unit 6 does not include a parking space on site. Street parking available. \- Unit accommodates two guests comfortably, however up to four guests are permitted with an added charge of $25/guest/night after two guests. \- Per the City of Oceanside Short-Term Rental (STR) Ordinance, Sec. 24.7.m, a two-night minimum is required for all stays. A longer minimum may apply for holidays and special events. \- Pacific Villas does not allow for parties or events within the complex nor do we permit photography shoots on the property. For a 50% refund of accommodation fees, cancellations must be made 7 full days prior to 4pm PST check in time of arrival date. If cancellation is made less than 7 days in advance or if the guest decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded. MODIFICATIONS: Given 14 days notice prior to the date of check in, reservations can be moved up to 365 days out and the current trip amount applied as a credit towards the future stay. If choosing this option, guests must select an alternative date to move the funds to. If the new dates of stay are of lesser value, guests will be refunded the difference. The property was great! It was clean, had everything that we needed, and it was a perfect location! It was a perfect getaway for my son and I, in need of some relaxation and time to connect. We went to Legoland one day, realizing we were just a short drive away! We then went on a sunset walk to the pier, since the property is only minutes away. The next day we spent the day at the beach. My 12 year old was super happy and really enjoyed himself...and this is hard to say for a pre-teen. We loved it! The only "negative" thing I would say (which wasn't even a problem really) was that our room was the bottom room and we could definitely hear the people upstairs getting up early...but, that is just the way things go when you are staying in a building with multiple floors. Besides that, it was very quiet...and honestly the only thing we could hear was the ocean.
