Bungalow Rocas Rojas has been recently reformed, provided with wide spaces and with all the comforts: washer, dryer, iron, air conditioning, dishwasher... It even has a dining area in the garden, where you can enjoy the day with your family and then go for a swim in the huge communal swimming pool, which is also heated from November to March! Situated opposite the Gloria Palace Hotel, the perfect location with restaurants, supermarkets and shops just a short walk away and with the beautiful beach of San Agustin just 15 minutes walk or 3 minutes drive away. The resorts of Meloneras or Maspalomas are just a short drive away. Das Inserat ist dagegen von den Bildern so aufgebaut, dass es wirkt als würde man das gesamte Haus mieten. Textlich ist das zwar in einem Nebensatz erwähnt , uns jedoch nicht aufgefallen. Wir hatten während unseres Aufenthaltes zudem mit starkem Gestank in einem der Badezimmer zu kämpfen. Hier konnte uns der Vermieter nicht helfen. Des Weiteren fehlt dem Außenbereich ganz eindeutig eine Markise oder Sonnenschirm. Man kann so kaum draußen frühstücken, da die Sonne zu extrem für die Lebensmittel sind. Wir hatten auch hier um Abhilfe gebeten, jedoch wurde uns entgegenet es wären keine Sonnenschirmen erlaubt in der Wohnanlage. Die Nachbarn oben drüber haben jedoch Markisen. Außerdem war die Beleuchtung unerträglich, sämtliche Glühbirnen mit 6000 Kelvin sehr bläulich. Es wirkte dadurch alles sehr ungemütlich.Wir haben uns möglichst selber geholfen, in dem wir neue Glühbirnen gekauft haben und zudem vom Baumarkt eine Plane als Sonnenschutz besorgt haben.In Anbetracht des stolzen Preises für diese unterkunft und dem nicht wirklich helfen der Gastgeber wird für uns zukünftig keine Villas Gran Canaria mehr in Betracht kommen. ##### Manuel W. Ideal for sunbathing in the garden though the coaches turning on the corner for the Gloria Hotel were a minor distraction. Ideal for the free motion cycling shop based in the hotel and the spa facilities. The apartment was excellent but a little more in the way of basic provisions would be a nice touch (salt, pepper olive oil, tea coffee perhaps). We were missing one bath mat and beach towel - but didn't trouble to ask the office for these! Friendly cat too! ##### Guy L. Comfortable accommodation, booking, arrival etc all very efficient, staff were all helpful. Convenient for local facilities, good sized communal pool, garden is a nice size with outside table, sun loungers. Local information at the accommodation would have been useful but a good tourist office near by in San Agustin. I would recommend the accommodation. ##### Allan J.
