Ok, very dark lighting vibe and not a 5 star experience but well located with lovely pool areas. Check in took a while and no parking for guests (had to park on street a fair walk from hotel or pay €12 a day on site). Huge hotel and our room was miles from all the amenities. Ok but would choose another ...

Check in lady was brilliant. Took a lot of time with us and explained everything about the hotel and surrounding area. Nice clean communal areas and lovely room.

A great hotel with lovely facilities. Everything is very clean and well maintained. The staff are superb, the rooms are large with all you need and beds comfy. Will definitely return here again

We went for the temperate weather and for hiking. We enjoyed many hikes but driving to the start points over twisty roads with spectacular drop offs is not for the faint of heart and most hikes were a long drive from Maspalomas
