Well located hotel, walking distance to all Quebec City attractions and restaurants! Nice room with view out to Rue Saint Jean. There are steps up from street level to lobby, only a problem with heavy suitcases - staff do offer to assist!
The location couldn't have been better. It was right in the center of old Quebec City. Near to shops, cafés and restaurants. The Hotel Frontenac was in walking distance as well as the Place D'Youville and the Citadelle de Quebec. The staff was very friendly, the valet parking was easy.
Quick checkin, clean and good quality for the money.
Staff was great.Rooms were spotlesly clean. And beds comforfable for tired petson.
Entrance on to the sidewalk somewhat tricky, but that's only because of the "oldness" of the city. I am sure that in the summer months, it is much easier to get in and out of the front door.
Clean, location, quiet, spacious, early check in, xhild friendly
