« This was a cozy modern studio with a perfect little kitchenette and amazing bathroom. There is also a gas grill available for use in the small back deck. The community is quiet, clean and safe. It has 3 pools within the community that are super close, easily accessible and well kept. The owners were very welcoming and super responsive. They were also very respectful of our privacy. I stayed with my wife and teenage daughter and we were very comfortable. The space can easily accommodate 4 persons...

« Great location with beautiful views. See the dolphins in the canal outside your windows in the morning and throughout the day. The communication with the host was great - very helpful and all information you need was easily found and organized. Fantastic shower!! Immediate hot water and great pressure. I would stay again! »

« This is about 40min from Tampa city if that’s where you’re hoping to stay. It’s a lovely location, but not knowing the area, we thought we’d be a lot closer to Tampa than that. Everything else is accurate. »

« My favorite one so far! 10/10. The bed was quite possibly the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in in my life. The furnishings are nice. The air works great there is zero humidity in the unit & the view is 10/10. I was concerned about staying upstairs, but I ended up preferring it »

« The reservation process was seamless, the information shared by the management company was good, the notebook with information about the unit was very helpful although we never did see the wifi information if that was included. The beds, pillows and towels were comfortable and the location was very close to restaurants and other amenities. I highly recommend Sunset Grill - great food and service and a view of the water!
