We had a little issue when we first arrived. We arrived very late in the evening and the room we reserved was not ready. However our host was wonderful, she answered our text almost immediately and resolved the issue and had us in a new room (with a better view) within 15 minutes. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. The highlight was the balcony view of the water. The unit is in a great area as described. The unit was spacious enough for my husband and I. We were close to family and friends and we liked the view of the water. There are a few things we noticed during our stay: Description says newly remodeled and painted. However, there may be fresh paint on walls, but they did NOT paint baseboards or ceiling, which has mold. Fridge does not get cold enough and is not level on the floor - very wobbly and difficult to open. The drain in the sink needs a plug for safety (if you drop something), and the plug in the tub is the wrong size. These are not huge things overall that affected our stay, just helpful suggestions that would make some else's stay, and possibly review, more positive.
