There was supposed to be a "binder" in the room that would probably have explained many things but, there was no "binder" in the room. The wall mounted hair dryer did not work. There were two TV remotes in the room, but neither one worked consistently. There was only one hand towel in the bathroom. The door lock mechanism was faulty. After trial and error, I learned that unless I slammed the door, the latch would not secure the door. I communicated these concerns to Carmen, via texts, phone calls, and email on the first day, but never once did I receive a return phone call. The second room had a kitchenette, frig so small you couldn’t put anything in it and freezer needed defrosting couldn’t use it either. Hot water was non existent unless you let water run for at least 20 minutes. Beds were comfortable Location was close to family. Pool was nice area around pool needed cleaned.
