"We had a great stay at the North Conway Grand Hotel. My 6 year old daughter absolutely loved it. The indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs were great, although very crowded, but that was to be expected. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s conveniently located near plenty of restaurants, shops, Diana’s baths and Story Land. We will definitely be back!"

"They are working on needed outside repairs. Our room was clean though needed an air freshener which we purchased nearby. Just smelled “not fresh”. We had little interaction with staff, just checking in and out. Pleasant enough. We did not use the pool or purchase food/breakfast but both were available. Beautiful area. Some outdoor seating available."

"Clean all around. Staff was great and helped us into a first floor room as I had hurt my foot. Pool was available. Disappointing there was no Hot Tub, as advertised on the sign out on the road. Standard breakfast was great and on time. Was nice for a 1 night stay and would stay here again."
