❗ Please leave the home in the same condition you find it (return furniture to its original spot).  
  
A $500 hold for incidentals will be placed two days prior to check-out and automatically released three days after check-out, provided the property remains in good condition.

❗ While there are woods on either side and mountain views in the back, we are on a beautiful 35 mph road with varying busy-ness. There\`s a privacy fence and some trees that keep it feeling relatively private, but you can see the road and will hear cars passing.  
  
❗ The cabin is professionally cleaned between each stay but please note the occasional cobweb or ant may be found (given the nature of the area).  
❗ No Party policy.  
❗ No Indoor Smoking (which includes any form of electronic smoking).   
❗ No Pets.  
❗ Quiet hours from 11pm to 7am.  
❗ Must be 25 years or older to rent this property.  
  
If any of these policies are breached we reserve the right to add a fee of $500 to cover damages.
