"There was some mould in one of the showers which was disgusting, apart from that everything was clean and tidy. The apartment was really big and very well equipped-even washing up liquid and some dishwasher tablets left. Would def recommend and would def return! "

"We had a family room which has 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms - had what we needed in the kitchenette for kids meal making, good number of towels and a nice big balcony - only downside is it didn’t get sun at any time really (was an inner room at end). Staff lovely and friendly and pools great. Only a few euros to and from main promenade in a taxi. Would book again for sure. Thank you for the memories. "

"My stay at GF Gran Costa Adeje was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is beautiful, impeccably maintained, and perfectly located in Costa Adeje—just a short walk from great beaches, restaurants, and shops. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always going out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotless, and the pool areas were stunning with plenty of space to relax. The food was also excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options at every meal. Overall, it was a truly relaxing and luxurious stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tenerife. I would definitely return."

"This cannot be a 5 Star hotel. It should not be more than 3 stars. It is a very old hotel, staff was not helpful, we paid for breakfast during booking but they said its not included in spite of me showing them on the booking app. Location is not ideal, its very far from the airport and main lively area, unless you have a car its not convenient getting anywhere. Amenity timing is not good, bathroom and room also was not the best. The only good thing about this hotel was the view from the room-ocean view, that's it. We paid a lot for a 5 star experience but were disappointed. "

"Reception staff - good easy check in and out. Hotel - very big (looks like one of the biggest in the area) there are lifts to get you from floor to floor, but there is quite a lot of walking from place to place. This is big old hotel, very well established and seems to have a number of repeat loyal guests.Bar/ Cleaning/Entertainment Restaurant staff -10/10.The facilities and public spaces are well maintained 9/10. Lots of spots dotted about to relax/read/play games etc. Hotel corridors 3/10 desperately need refurbishment, dirty looking carpet tiles, damaged skirting boards, paint coming off.(let the hotle down ...looks like a run down 3 star hotel) Bedroom condition 2/10 Like an old poor 3 star hotel. Not what you would expect when you pay for a 4 star experience. Scuffed floor, paint scuffed, peeling laminate of the units and skirting boards. We wondered of we had been given a bed room but when I expressed my concerns I was offered 2 other rooms but they were equally as rough and indeed of repair. The condition of our room didn't reflect the 4 star price we paid. Beds/mattress ok 7/10 Bedding 5/10 Soundproofing-5/10 Blackout curtains 6/10 Shower 10/10 Room towels 2/10 Water filling stations - 10/10 Food: 8/10 good buffet style food, lots of choice,some vegan/gluten All inclusive snack 10/10 bar open from Gym- 8/10 Fitness activities 10/10 - 10/10 -2 good-sized pools one more for kids. "I was in a room facing the hotel pools, so no view to speak of. Good central location age easy to enjoy the ocean across the street. Julio ( I hope i have the spelling correct was amazing in the dining room. Very welcoming and willing to speak English and help me out. Room cleaning was equally amazing and accommodating to my requests not to have the room done everyday. Overall i found the housekeeping to be very environmentally aware. Older ladies in the front desk could do with some customer service training. "
