« It is a brand new hotel, opened mid May 2026. We stayed during the bank holiday weekend. It is greatly connected to the city centre in the modern financial district of Canary Wharf. Very easy to find from the underground stations are they provide are owed signage where to go, where to turn. Room itself was spacious, kitchenette well equipped. Staff was polite and very helpful. We also used late check out which casts £30. Definitely will consider the hotel for our next stay. »

« The map from the airport to the hotel was very deficient esp. if you are attempting it in the dark. The actual address was not readily visible. This needs a big update uncluding exactly which exit to take. The hotel waa good for its purpose. Snall room but the foid optiins fir dinner were oksy abd tasted good. »

« Clean accommodation and convenient location. We arrived 15 mins early and had to wait till exactly 3pm before unlocking - so worth bearing this in mind. The rooms were a good size and having a garden that had direct access to a little kids play park was great for our 4 year old. Bus stops outside make it convenient for getting around. « J'ai été très bien accueillie et mon séjour d'une nuit s'est parfaitement déroulé. La chambre solo est rustique mais propre. Le logement est pratique car il est bien desservi par les transports en commun notamment pour se rendre à l'O2 Arena. Idéal pour un court séjour, je le recommande et, si besoin, j'y reviendrai ! »

« Never again , felt so unsafe , listing said it was 0.3 to emirates but actually 7.7 miles from the emirates , doors not safe , wardrobe all leaning against side wall , bed held up with 3x2 and creaky has hell , there was a fan that when i turned it on it fell apart and cover started going round as well as the fan blade , dodgey lamp , neighbours arguing ,ppl walking in and walking round late ,, gangs outside staring when we arrived , then to top it off we both been bitten by something ,, all il...

« The stay was very good, the apartment was absolutely gorgeous and spotless. The only problem was probably the checking time being 3pm mid afternoon. but other than that there was no issue. »

« Its a shared bathroom and isn’t listed like that, Room 1, the bedding was used and the pillow case had blood on it, the pillows are over worn and just lumpy the walls have mould on them and the second wall is in very poor repair with white paint splashed on over grey paint, the floorboards has big gaps between them, the bathroom has a wrap wound curtain where you can barely stand without the curtains touching you that are also very tired, the doors have big gaps and the windows don’t close...

The carpet also old and did not appear very clean. Same with the bathmat in the bathroom. There was ground coffee, but the machine was only for capsules and no capsules were provided. »
