"The first room I was in was a double. The bed was badly made (sheets not tucked in) and the blind was broken and window ledge dusty. After a work call at the table, I sat on the end of the bed and the mattress went all the way down to the floor. No phone, so went back to reception and the manager came down (lovely man). He lifted the mattress and there were no slats on the bottom end - what there was were all pushed to the head of the bed and one or two were broken. I asked to be moved to...
