« L'hôtel est dans un magnifique bâtiment historique en plein centre-ville, face à la mer, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Toutefois le petit-déjeuner est servi tard, à partir de 8h30, c'est gênant quand on prévoit des visites guidées dans la journée. Par ailleurs, la taxe de séjour de 10€ par chambre et par nuit, c'était une mauvaise surprise. Le site Hotels.com ne m'avez pas prévenu de ces frais supplémentaires. »

« Bien qu'un peu loin du centre Rethimno l'hôtel offre un cadre très agréable, avec une piscine sympa et un joli jardin. L'éloignement est compensé par un service de navette gratuit plusieurs fois dans la journée et sur réservation la veille (nombre de place limité). Le personnel est sympa et réactif (problème de clé réglé dans les cinq minutes). La chambre était très jolie avec un balcon privatif et une jolie vue sur le jardin. »
