"Room is very worn down. Shower wasn’t draining. We booked based off the photos and were placed in a room very opposite than what we booked. Noticed after we got to our room that there are newer ones located to the building beside. Bed was very worn out and lumpy. Great view, and right beside good restaurants. "

"This property is in no way rated accordingly to its condition. It is terrible. Dirty, sticky surfaces, rough towels, stained couch. I attempted to get a refund through expedia and they denied it. Will never book through Expedia again, false advertising! "

"The place was clean enough and literally across the street from John Wayne Airport, which was convenient but I absolutely hate nickel-and-dime charges and this place was full of them, starting with the parking fee. And when I noticed there wasn't a fridge in the room, I was told "Oh, you have a room with two double beds, so it doesn't have one" -- but I could add one for an additional fee. Ridiculous. "

"From the time I checked in, I was greeted by the front desk staff who had a great attitude and welcoming spirit about her. The property was kept well and the atmosphere was family friendly. I traveled with 5 kids, my husband and myself. Everything was kept well and clean. The breakfast was one of my favorite parts. Buffet style and offered a kitchen staff that made additional type breakfast fresh off the griddle of course there was a wait but it does warn the times of when it’s the busiest & we so happen to go mid busy to the busiest times. Overall great place to stay, clean, family friendly, loved the indoor pool, gym and good front desk service. "

"Everything was great until 4:45am when the fire alarm went off in my room only. After a few minutes of calling the front desk and no one answered, it turned off. 10 min later it came blaring back on, called again and they sent a engineer up and he unplugged it and took it away, no replacement. I’m wide awake now. At check out they adjusted my parking for inconvenience LOL"
