"This was a cool little spot but not being from California when it said resort I was expecting something bigger and away from everything. It is in the middle of a neighborhood and by a mountain. Other than that it was fun. Different pools to choose from to go swimming. The free bike rental my son really loved. Kept the boys busy while being at the hotel. We did stay when that fire was like 1.5 miles away However, the hotel stayed in constant communication, but Google maps didnt. It sent us thru the mountain to get out, real 4x4 action. No fault of the resort. Other than that we had a great time. Room was very spacious. And was able to cook on the stove to save money and the restaurant down the way was a good spot as well to grab food real quick."

"This is a very basic motel/hotel. Clean and simple. Nothing fancy. But very nice and responsive staff. Hotel room was clean and maintained. Compared to many in this price range, it is outstanding."
