There are dumbbells up to 50 pounds. There are two free benches. The sauna is large and coed. The pool is large enough for 3 lanes and maybe 4\. 3\. Security: There was always staff at the front. Keys are needed to use the elevators. 4\. Proximity to tourist attractions: It's a 25 minute uphill walk from here to Old Montreal tourist attractions. I took a cab each time to get there. Cabs arrived in less than 5 minutes each time. 5\. Proximity to food: There are numerous cafes, pastry spots, and several restaurants within 10 minutes walk."
