The hotel was perfect -I would not change a thing. Our Front desk host was very helpful checking us in yesterday and breakfast was great this morning. Location can’t be beat-we will stay here again if we ever get back this way !!

This place is soo perfect. Amazing location with great food very close. An excellent bar and restaurant attached and an abundance of choices within walking distance. We had a great time. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and return.

It’s central, you can get to every place in less than fifteen minutes uptown and down. You’re surrounded of restaurants. Besides of tourists information. The place is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful.

Excellent location, close to everything. Building is old but we'll kept. Hair dryer didn't work, and no elevator to 3rd floor, but attendant did take up luggage. Plenty of taxi drivers alongside street.

The location was amazing, it is right in the middle of everything amazing in Quebec City. The room was clean and comfortable, beds were comfortable. The staff was helpful, friendly and responsive. I had a request before arriving, I messaged them, and received a helpful response quickly. We loved the hotel and would stay again.

If you want to be in the heart of Old Quebec this is the place to stay. Directly across the street from the Chateau Frontenac, shops and restaurants. However, if you are driving be aware there is no parking for the hotel and only a taxi stand where you can drop luggage off. Then you have to park several blocks away at city hall, where there is limited parking. The hotel was quiet and clean. It was $385 in September. There were throngs of tourists at that time and very crowded on the streets.

Nice small hotel, comfortable bed, helpful staff, well located. Note there are stairs to reach any room and no lift. There is no safe in the room or at reception. Though they can store your luggage for you.

The property was ground zero for our planned activities. Stairs down to Petite Champlain were just down the block and restaurants in the old city were within easy walking distance. The hotel certainly gets a lot of attention from passerby's especially in the evening when the roof is glowing red. We were on the top floor in front and Helen ran our bags up 2 floors for us no problem. Parking was down the block in the underground municipal garage for $20 a night but we never used the car the entire time. Didn't need it to reach our activities including the Plains of Abraham, Citadel, Joan of Arc Park. Great stay location.

Very quaint, European style hotel right in the middle of great restaurants & shops. Wonderful, helpful staff. Bar on the first floor where they don't just make drinks, they craft your beverage to make it special. The restaurant attached serves pub food but it was good. This hotel is directly across the street from The Frontenac. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff will help with your bags, but there is no elevator, so bring a small bag.

The Auberge Tresor is a wonderful place to stay and explore Quebec city. The location could not be any better, the property itself makes you feel like you are in Europe. The 1640 restaurant for breakfast was great and got you all fueled up for a day of walking and exploring. This was the second time we have stayed there and each time the staff has been friendly and helpful.

The room was nice and the staff friendly. There is no elevator so can be difficult for older adults going up and down stairs The staff did help us carry luggage up and down stairs. They were not able to accommodate our request for a lower level room, but we managed. The hotel is fabulously located in old town. There is a wonderful bistro next to the hotel.
