« Our stay at Poet’s Cabin was perfect. It was far enough away from the business of Bar Harbor but close enough that we could drive over quickly and eat, shop, and do touristy things. The cabin was cozy and relaxing. So many great hiking trails around. The food recommendations from the owner were spot on! The wildlife around the cabin were fun to watch! We saw a lot of deer and wild turkeys. »

« We loved our stay here. It was a small cottage but perfectly set up to comfortably accommodate my family of four. It was very peaceful and we loved the screened porch. We walked the impeccably maintained trail twice to Hadley Point Beach and enjoyed some ice cream from the freezer at the office. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was plenty of detergent for the laundry machines. It was close to a delicious lobster place that we ate at twice and several other places to eat, get coffee...
