The TV didn't work, the bed is not a queen (we are both tall and it was uncomfortable tonsleep) the description saysnits on 5th, when actually its more than a block and a half away. Thebroom has a microwave and coffee pot but they dont have any power or a way to plug them in. Room has a small refrigerator, but it was bot plugged in and i had to locate an outlet and drag cord to it. Vwry hard to get into unit, directions are terrible. We had to get desk help tongain access. Communications with host were terrible. After mutiple attempts, she stopped responding. I've had great stays with Airb&b, prettybsure this was my 1st with vrbo, based on this experience it may be my last. Unless you can do something, ill be contacting Visa and file a complaint to try and get a refund. ##### Patrick B.
