"They did a great job keeping the property clean. The room was more spacious than I expected. Bathroom is large and updated. Great value"

"Room was clean, staff was accommodating as well. Be aware of the staff coming in rooms without knocking first and also major elevator issues and the pictures presented are not what you see when you get there. There is no bodies of water that viewable from the rooms and I was on the 38th floor in which we got stuck a few times due to the elevator issues. Overall, I did receive a credit for the false advertisement however, leadership should step up and re-write some policies so that staff can work more efficiently."
