"We had my 14 year olds bday party here with 2 additional boys. The place was great. Pool was small but the boys had a great time. Food was delicious. We stayed for 2 nights, a weekend, the food was the same but it was hot and good. The fresh sugar free yogurt was so good. Our room was just a queen with a pullout couch. The curtain was a nice touch since I was the only female. Chose this place for the full size fridge as we always order too much pizza and need larger than a mini fridge. Also to store the cakes and 2 liters! The lady at the help desk was very responsive to questions and sweet. I didn't like that anyone pulling up into the parking lot could see in the glass to the pool and to the workout room. Loved being right next door to a supercenter and Chucky cheese if you are into that."

"You can always tell when you walk in your socks whether they clean the floors or not. I think they don't do it very often. At breakfast someone burned a waffle and the staff didn't clean the machine all weekend long, so there were no waffles available. they have such a limited breakfast buffet that made a big difference. So we avoided breakfast there most mornings. I guess the pool doesn't open until Memorial Day so that wasn't available either. Towels were thin and our shower took 5 minutes to get hot water. The property was passable... but there is much better out there. This hotel was a last minute choice because our original choice was under very loud and messy construction when we arrived."

"I had a very bad harassment situation by a person who has been harassing and part of a click who has been doing this to me. Avery long time and the property saw and recognized the issue and assisted me to be safe and secure and removed him and the others who were doing so. I am grateful"

"Safe location especially for families. We loved the amount of space in the room. It was clean but not overly clean you could tell where things didn’t get cleaned very often. Pictures showed that our shower would be a shower, no tub and we got the combo old version. No biggie until we turned the shower in and water continued to come from both the shower and faucet. The toilet was a nightmare. Every time you turned any water on the toilet would let out this high pitched noise for a while and god forbid you actually use the toilet. Then it would scream for 5 minutes. We left one day and came back late at night and toilet had decided to continuously run and scream. One fix was to turn the water off the other was to get the seal to work on the flap which eventually worked. The bed frame needed to either be bolted to the wall or a new one should’ve been installed because every time we moved it hit the wall you could even tell where they’d patched it before. The staff was friendly and efficient on check in. Easy check out process. Overall our stay was good, there were just somethings that could’ve been better. Beautiful scenery and lots of amenities too."
