"Overall it was a pleasant stay. Staff were nice especially the ones working at Wembley Cafe and the Chinese doorman uncle who was always concerned about my mom who has mobility issues. He would ask if we needed wheelchair and would open the door for us and even accompanying us to the lift to hold the door. Decor wise - the hotel was a little dated.
