« I had to give 4 stars because the aerial view made the stay appear to be secluded, however, there were a few mini houses above the property that shared a road and there were others staying in those properties. One of the renters came down to our rental because they thought we were the owners and needed to connect to the WiFi at our site. It was odd. But other than that a nice place to get away. Just not as secluded and private as I had expected based on the photos »

« Great house with a nice backyard with pool and spa. It sits back up against route 66 and train tracks (on the other side of the highway, not close!) but is far enough away that theres no noise unless youre actually outside. Didn't hear anything overnight. The house had tons to do in the game room and TV has plenty of apps! it was situated in a nice area, not far from downtown kingman, perfect for day trips to seligman, Williams, oatman, and havasu. Marni and Dion were great hosts and came...

« We really enjoyed our stay in Seligman, AZ!!
The house had spacious common areas: living room, dining, kitchen, bathroom. The bedrooms were comfortable and had big closets. The location was just off a Main Street with lots of shops, restaurants and photo ops.
The only thing we had a hard time with was in the kitchen. There was plenty of dishwear available but no baking sheet for the oven.
Overall, super happy with our stay! »
