No WiFi connection or TVs in lower rooms. After 3 complaints we were finally moved to an upper cabin, which had a working heater and a nice TV. It looked rustic yet modern. The views are amazing. I would definitely recommend staying here while visiting Grand Canyon West! The atmosphere was relaxing and well-maintained, which made for a pleasant stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the visit, offering great customer service. The only downside was the dining experience; the food was quite expensive for the quality provided and could be improved. Beautifully remote but staff made you very comfortable. Sure the rooms are small but super clean with all necessary amenities. Exceeded expectations and just a mile or so from Grand Canyon West.
