« Our stay was over the holiday weekend. Parking and check-in were a breeze. The room was comfortable, clean, and cool. The restaurant was convenient, but the food was rather "meh". In a pinch, it's ok if you really didn't want to leave the property. »

« The AC in our King bed with pull out sofa bed room was terrible. Temperature could not be controlled. Wall thermostat was almost unusable. Expedia stated a $100 pet fee when I booked, but I was charged $150. In addition, there was no mention of a daily parking fee of $5.30 when I booked or at check-in. « Stayed here 1 night in early July 2026. I was concerned about reviews mentioning unclean rooms. Thankfully we did not have that experience. We stayed in a 2Q suite and the kitchen, beds, bathroom and living room were all clean. Breakfast was a good variety of food. « The breakfast staff was exceptional! »

« The room was clean and up to date. However, the shower rod was sagging so the shower curtain would not stay in place, and the ice machine was near our room and was very noisy, especially when someone wanted ice each morning at 5:30. You should also be aware that they allow pets. We could hear dogs yipping in the hallway and next door. »

« 1st of all had too wait 2hrs for my room rest was at 3 room wasnt ready till 5:30. Went to take a shower the towels was spotted with brown color stains. Ask for another set of towels same thing. They need to invest in new linen. The microwave and refrigerator had leftover food in it. Told the 2 staff members nothing ever happened. Noone came to clean the microwave and refrigerator. « The front desk worker was very rude!! They do a no refund policy to force you to pay all of there hidden fees. I booked a smoking room online to get there and be told “from her end it saids nonsmoking” so I would have to pay them a 50$ deposit or pay them a extra 25$ to get it switched to a smoking room even though I booked a smoking room so I basically paid 93 dollars for a room that was suppose to be 68$. « Our stay was disappointing overall. The hotel is showing its age, and our room felt old and run-down. The toilet paper holder repeatedly fell off the wall, and you could clearly see it had been screwed back into the same damaged spot many times instead of being properly repaired.
