The front desk person Ashley was nice however that was the only good part. The hallway and room smelled of urine and they had the air conditioner running full blast. The sink was stopped up with old water sitting in it. The toilet was running non stop.Then when I asked for a refund Ashley stated only a manager could do the refund and she was not on the property and would not be back until the morning. We didn't stay there because the room was dirty and had bugs in it. There was hair in the tub and food stains on the wall near the bathroom. The microwave had leftover food spatter in it and the oven had more food overflow on the bottom of the oven. There were strange people hanging around the building drinking and smoking. The management did refund my money no problem. Do not book here. Property looks nothing like the photos. Hallways and rooms smell horrible. My room smelled like spices, like curry almost. There were an abundance of ROACHES everywhere, literally coming from every crack and crevice in the room. I sat on the in room couch and a roach came out of the couch and ran across my legs. Upon further inspection, the whole kitchenette was full of roaches, they were running up and down the refrigerator. They were on the walls, on the floor, in the bathroom, the whole place was infested. The front desk girl Ayla was nice and Expedia refunded my money because I could not stay there and had to rebook elsewhere. They offered to have someone spray the room the next day, which wasn’t terrible helpful. This was one horrible night stay! I would have been more comfortable with a barn full of hay to sleep in. The bed is so old and dirty you roll into the middle and the sheets come off to reveal plastic sheeting underneath. Every time you move in the bed you can hear the crinkle of the plastic. We were provided with 2 little, tiny pillows. For some reason there were 2 empty pillowcases on the bed. Why? The TV had so many smear marks and fingerprints, it looked like a covid outbreak. NOISE after 11PM in the courtyard. People having a good time while we are miserable.
