Remodel in 2018 of this Powder Run "A" Building Condo (closest of the three buildings to the ski lift). All new wood floors and new bedroom carpets. Kitchen and one master bathroom fully gutted and replaced with all new cabinets, granite countertops and appliances. New furniture added throughout. After a day of skiing relax in the hot tub on your oversized porch with views of the Success and Big Stick ski runs at lower Deer Valley. We have used our experience and your feedback to create a warm inviting retreat and year round destination ideal for families with children and couples. Our Condo is professionally cleaned by our Property Manager's Maid service before your arrival. Our goal is to make you repeat Guests for years to come!
Walk out our Powder Run A Building door and you're just a 1 minute walk to the ski lifts, ski school and ski rentals. Deer Valley Resort has been voted the #1 Ski Resort in North America six times by Ski Magazine. It's known for its unparalleled amenities and flawlessly groomed runs. It hosts the World Cup Freestyle Championships and famed summer concert series performed under the stars. In 2002 it was one of the venues for the Winter Olympics. Whether you're a beginner or expert skier Deer Valley has something for everyone!
The St. Regis Hotel is our next door neighbor - take it's funicular to the top for apres ski drinks or dinner. A free bus service is available just outside our door and in front of the Snow Park (Day) Lodge. It will take you anywhere inside Park City including Main Street in Old Town (only 5 minutes away) where many of the best restaurants and shops are located. The Town Lift is only 6 minutes away and it will take you to the Park City Mountain Resort for snowboarding and skiing. We never rent a car during our winter visits due to our superior location and easy accessibility to skiing and restaurants. Hence we use either Uber or a Van service to travel to and from the SLC airport to our Condo.
If you have children then we are the perfect location for you. The Deer Valley Children's Center has it's own designated entryway as part of the Snow Park Lodge. It offers supervision and activities for ages 2 months to 12 years old from 8:30 AM to their 4:30 PM pick up time. They offer everything from day care to ski school. It's a state licensed facility. The Children's Center is only a 1 minute walk from our Building.
